4. Service Availability

While we make every effort to ensure our Services are available 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Service outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any scheduled maintenance in advance.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security

6. Limitation of Liability

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will work in good faith to resolve the matter amicably. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of France and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bordeaux, France.
